Try looking in the FAQ, there is a few tutorials there. There's also a tool there called "Mission Scripter" that may help. I may be able to provide any additional help you need.

yeah i D/l'ed the mission scripter but I don't know how to use it :?

Mission scripting is such a nebulous topic that you'll likely never see a comprehensive tutorial on it. The best thing you can do is treat this like any other aspect of modding SWBF2, with the addition of having someone check your code from time to time. It'd be a very good idea to start small, with simple scripting, until you can understand what you're doing, then move on to the more complicated stuff.
