How I can move/select/delete existing commandposts ?

I asked that more or less a sec ago :lol: To move them I think you have to enter the conquest layer

There is a documentation file for that, it's one of the zero editor docs, read through that, it will tell you.

Change the layer. This has been asked many timesbefore, so may I suggest the Search function next time?
