I finally managed (with help) to post a POTD.

However, it does not show up on the POTD file list and my profile claims I have posted no files.

Is there a screening process or something that delays the posting of files, or did something go wrong?

I assume you are referring to the Picture of the Day on Star Wars Battlefront Files? If so, those have to be approved by a staff member and are only updated once a day (thus, Picture of the Day). You may have to wait a while before your picture gets posted, if it ever does get posted. There's no guarantee, however; if the staff think your picture isn't good enough to be posted, they can reject it.

When I said the Picture of the day file list I meant the submissions list (http://www.gametoast.com/index.php?opti ... &Itemid=75) not the actual chosen POTD list.

I assume the submissions list means all the entries, whether they made it or not.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

I imagine they have it set up to require approval of files that are posted before they will be shown anywhere.

A better place to submit your PotD is at http://starwarsbattlefront.filefront.com, which has a much larger viewing audience and is updated nearly every day.
