Skin Details
Hi, I Was Wondering, How Do You Get Detail In Your Skins? With PaintBucket It Dosn't Seem To Work That Good. (I Use GIMP)

Re: Skin Details
Paintbucket is actually pretty useless for skinnig. Unless you want a blood splat. Always use the paintbrush with the opacity at about 65%. when you're done painting, use the smudge tool with the opacity at about 75%. That is what most people do, I believe. I can't skin well, as I can't really keep my hand steady.

Re: Skin Details
make a new layer in gimp, set its mode to multiply and adjust the opacity of the layer
then paint in this layer over the skin and you will get a nice skin that doesnt loose to many details when being overpainted

Or in Paint.NET use the "recolor' tool at 100 %.
