How to Add Republic Forward Center

I've tried everything I know of to get rep_bldg_forwardcenter into a map but I can't seem to do it. Can someone please help?

I think you have to read it in the LUA.

No you don't. You can place it in ZE like any other prop. Just copy all the necessary files to your world's odf and msh folders.

I can place it in ZE but I can't get it ingame.

I'd like to know how to make it a command post. I already know how to make it a prop.
