I want to make a V wing fighter with edited speeds (so that it goes a lot faster) and I want to shoot it like an interceptor (more specifically like the jedi starfighter).
But I have no idea how to do this.
I need to know:
1)what files to use
2)how to arrange (folder organization) the files
3)How to get them in game
And if somebody just happens to have this vehicle by complete coincidence, please let me know!

Well, I think Penguin and Syth ( I think ) modified their V-wings. Maybe you could ask them

1) You edit the odf
2) Just look at the assets for the folder structure
3) Just give the V-wing the JSF's weapon (put the odf name in the WeaopnName line in Weapon section 1). For thespeed, just use trialand error.
Make sure you have all the neccesary files.
When munging, make sure your side is selected in the Drop-down Menu.

But how will the computer know that the files are supposed to be merged under the same vehicle?

What do you mean? like, How will it know what msh and texture to use, et cetera? It's all in the odf.
Read the jedi creation doc. Though Complicated, it will explain alot. On second thought, read it a few times.

But it doesn't know you want to combine the jedi starfighter attacks with the V wing. Its like making a custom character. If you didn't organize it into a format the mungeifier can recognize, then it isn't going to do anything. I need the mungifier to to be able to do the same for the vehicle!

So its made the same way! Ok that makes sense.
And when you guys say "new side", does that mean you just create the side for the one character or you have to start from scratch and make an entirely new set of troops, vehicles, corresponding skins, etc.?

You're just editing the V-Wing, right? So all you need in the side is stuff that pertains to the V-Wing itself.

But I'm using the Jedi Starfighter attacks and I don't know how to tie them together!
