Hi guys, so I had a question. Is there a way to manually switch between the stock sides, the 1.2 sides and the evolved sides manually? Do I just make side folders for each of the mods (and stock sides) or does 1.2 sides include a new mission.lvl?
I have the latest 1.3 patch installed and I don't want to take that off.
It's a pain for me to remove the 1.2 sides because the uninstaller doesn't work for me for some reason.
On the topic of the 1.2 patch mod I don't know if mine installed correctly to begin with. All the edited first person views aren't there but I see them in videos and screenshots. Is there a newer version that I'm unaware about?
So I guess I have 2 questions now!
1) Is there a way to manually switch between stock sides, 1.2 sides and evolved sides?
2) Why isn't my 1.2 patch like the other people's 1.2 patch?
I come from playing a lot of SWBFI and there are lots of skin mods for that game that are easy to install and uninstall, so that's why I'm confused.

Make sure you are installing this version of the unofficial 1.2 patch: http://starwarsbattlefront.filefront.co ... atch;87597
It replaces just the following files listed here: http://www.gametoast.com/forums/viewtop ... 88#p234288
Install the whole game from scratch again just to be safe. Assuming you know where the game is installed, back up/make copies of the stock versions of the .lvl files listed at the above link before installing the unofficial 1.2 patch, and store them in a separate location. Then install the unofficial 1.2 patch, and back up/make copies of the same name files, and store them in a separate location that is different from the above separate location. Since the Evolved mod requires you to manually install it anyway, you should already have it backed up. Now you have copies of the key stock .lvl files, unofficial 1.2 patch .lvl files, and Evolved mod .lvl files that you can all interchange manually however you like.

Thanks! That helps a lot!
Here is my last question concerning this stuff. Could I run the 1.2 CIS sides but everything else is evolved sides? Would this work online?

Since the 2 don't effect each other, probably.Unless 1.2 came with a new Mission.lvl(I never had 1.2) it should work.I might be wrong though because I never had 1.2.kitfisto15678 wrote: Here is my last question concerning this stuff. Yes you could do that. Just install the 1.2 sides. Then extract Evolved's folder, remove the two files with "cis" in the name, and then install Evolved normally. They're both just visual mods, so they both work online combined or otherwise.

Thanks guys! Not that I don't like the CIS evolved sides, but there is something about the caped magnaguard that makes him so awesome.
