Anyone be willing to create...

Post by Big_rich »

I'm not entirely sure if this is the place to ask this. But here it goes.
I am currently creating a city map and want to implement a monorail system. The assets in BF2/BF1 do not currently have anything that would suffice to do this. I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out and model a simple passenger train, no weaons, and tracks that could be placed together. Curves, strights, things like that.

any help would be appreciated.

when you request for this, it would be more appreciated to have a better description than: "simple passenger train" :wink:

if you can tell how big it would be in length, broad and height in 'real life' and possibly a rough sketch of it you would give us an idea what you want :)

awesome man! I was thinking something like this:

Image

Height approx 10'
length 20'
broad 8'
minus the second car

with seating for say 5 guys
just normal hud views

X' means what?

" = inches... :)

' = ?

'cus a 10 metres high train is extremely high :P and the 2... uhh.. :roll: what's it called? :P those where the passengers sid - if the whole train is 20' and the height is 10', then it would be a squared train! :o

Sorry qdin here is some updated dimensions:
height 6.1 meters
width: 3.05 meters
length 6.1 meters
and I figure that the extra car would just make the animation that much harder to pull off. I could settle with a slim lined version within those specs. I'm not really good at drawing. But If this could be pulled off I would be in your debt!

Edit: It would be a CorSec security train,(Correllian) their color scheme is green and black<Kinda like the green lantern>
