Installing 1.3 patch on Windows 8 trouble [Solved]

bought a new laptop a few weeks ago and i cant seem to get the 1.3 installer to work on it. Anyone know how to fix this?

There are no problems known. What is the matter with the installer??

I'm runnig it on windows 8.1 and before on win 8. No problems

The installer crashes when I try to start it up

what installer did you take?? try to redownload, or run the install as admin. (right klick, run as admin)

mh i would say that the solution is postet. If you read the thread.

1st i say:

So i think the solution is to run the instal exe as admin

Yes it was, but for some reason my laptop was being annoying and made me reinstall the 1.3 patch first
