Stop CP Capturing?

Stop CP Capturing?
Is it possible to stop a team from capturing command posts? I'd really prefer if my locals didn't, you know, beat both sides by capturing all of the CPs...

In the .odf add, "CapturePosts = 0" - I think.

He is correct, It worked dandy in Dantooine, the locals where just to powerful.
