Wierd lower jaw problem after export

Wierd lower jaw problem after export

in a model, i exported it, and it works, but the lower jaw doesn't align with the upper.

what do i have to do?

also, i have a backpack on the guy, and it contorts with him(the guy and backpack are merged together), how do i get it not to contort? do i have to keep it separate?

It is all how it was enveloped.
The head and top of the neck should all be weight to the head_bone. Same for the back pack all points should be weighted to a suitable bone on the back possibly bone_spineb or whichever one is normally used if it is put in as and addon mesh.
