Anyone know how to fix this:
http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=5/13220344492.jpg&s=f5
Why do flyer splines have to be so retardeddddd.
It works with regular flyers, just not my gunships. Im sure the problem has to do with the fact that gunships can hover, but thats the minimum speed, and my speed set up in their odf and in the path settings is 1.0 (odf) and 2.0 (path setup) so the speed should never touch 0.
Any advice?
Edit: Looking back on my screenshot, I realized it doesnt very well depict the problem.
With the exception of a few, all the gunships bunch up right above the hangers and spin around.
i remember seeing this in bf1, and am sure that it has something to do with the ai not being able to handle a speed of 0, but thats the minimum speed, and my path/odf speeds dont multiply out to anywhere near minimum.
Assistance, por favor. AI Gunships wont stop spinning?

Could this be your problem?
PathFollowerRollTolerance -
The stable roll region the entity is trying to roll into. When rolling an
entity starts to increase rolling speed until its roll angle is within the
specified roll tolerance region. When the tolerance region is entered the
entity's roll speed decreases until it has stopped in the tolerance region.
When a high roll acceleration and roll speed are specified it is possbile
to get the entity to overshoot the tolerance region which causes the entity
to reverse roll direction in an attempt to stablize in the desired tolerance
region. This value is specified in degrees.
The larger the tolerance region the larger the error around the
desired roll angle, the smaller the tolerance region the higher the
roll oscillation around the desired roll angle.
Also, maybe you could show us your paths in zeroeditor.

Okay. Yeah the above sounds correct, But what confuses me is nowhere do my paths ever go above the Venator. They are well below it at all times.
Okay here are my paths:

Without objects to see it better:

Hope that helps. Im testing it out now with new odf settings.

Its too many words for me to say, but its really pretty easy.
Just make a path, and make it like a roller coaster or something. You flyers will follow that path, so make it go up and down and do some rotating and stuff.
Then you have to set properties, this is where its too much to explain. Use the flyersplines.txt in the documentation. It will explain it well, it did for me. Just set the properties and your flyers will follow.
