I have not read anything on this concerning but i am assuming that Master cheif will be the hero for the unsc. because most people will agree that he should be.

looking GOOD! I must say though, I really wish you would add the actual bases. But the weapons look top notch! God job!

I really hope he changes the buildings to be more accurate. But other then that, it seems like blood gulch. Maybe some foliage could be taken out too. Anyhoo, I noticed this map has been in progress for 2 years. What is going on with that? :o

maybe culvar stopped developing/took a break for some time....just guessing of course

Anyway, I think this map just was forgotten or he got a life and actually went outside for awhile :faint: (the horror!)

I am looking forward to this map, but I must strain the importance of accurate bases. So here it is. DO IT PLEASE! there we go!

If you're talking about my map, Mr. Crayon, I've been a little busy with school work lately, as one teachers cramming us with homework to prepare us for our last two years of school. I've updated the textures a lot, and It's nowhere near as bland as that, although i still need some more textures for it..

Also, on the note of accurate bases, I've been thinking about changing the layout of the map a little.....ok, actually a lot. I'll try them both out when i get the time and may even release both. The reason I'm not really wanting to do it totally accurately is because it doesn't work particularly well in SP. I planned to keep the basic bases, but widen the map and add a central bunker to make the map
a) a bit bigger, as its currently tiny, as anyone whos played Hang Em High will know
b)Add a bit of variety and make it a more interesting map
As I just said, I'll try making the unique one and release them both to you guys to decide which ones better, although don't expect it anytime soon, as I'm rather busy at the minute.

School comes first! Good thinking. If only everybody was like you (I like school :shock: )
I think considering, you have done a bang up job. Doesn't mean you are done. But you are getting there! I think your canyons look great however. :mrgreen:

The Blood Gulch bases look off? 0.o I thought the creator of the models did a GREAT job on them. :? Yea. The lack of updates is due to Halo: Reach being out now, school, and airsoft. After playing Reach, I think I may trash the brown canyon walls for gray. Sound good? The only thing that would be bad about gray is the lighting, but gray would look good with a specular map.
