Model Texture problem?

Post by Cerfon Rournes »

I made my model In XSI. Merged meshs, froze transforms, placed It under dummyroot, and exported. Then I ran MshEx, and It came out like this.:

That Is strange, because It looks like this in XSI.:

To put it plainly, some textures are missing in the final result. I checked the msh, and it does call for the missing texture. But, It is not there for some reason.. :? Anyone know the answer to this? Thanks.

Did you merge UV's when you did the model merge? Did you Freeze M (by going to the freeze menu under transforms or doing it in the texture editor)? Those are the two most likely culprits I can think of at the moment.

Yes to all three. I did all of them.
EDIT
Semi-Solved. I just remade the model.

A bit late to the party, but do you have a collision mesh, if you do, did you hide it?

For the current remade model, no. They (collision) were not working for some reason, so I just used some other props as collision. When I did try to put collision in, I made my meshs/hid them, called them "collision_''" the works.
