Actually, Season 3 JUST started. What might be interesting however would be not only to have the new Centurion models (modeled after the SBD's), but also a few of the older Centurions (from the original series).Droideka88 wrote:True. However since the series is now in their fourth or fifth season, I'm guessing after 1 year (following timeline) the Cylons advanced in their creations by creating more lethal "robots". I'm not 100% sure at all.RevanSithLord wrote:We're just sticking with SBD's on the account that those are the really only type we've seen in the series.
There were also those Infrantry Cylon Starships (forgot their name). Since they have "heads", do you think using the Vulture Droids as an example would be good? They have "heads" as well.
There are references to them in the Pilot episode(s), and a few pictures can be seen scattered here and there of them. The older Centurions could replace the regular Battledroids, and the new centurions the SBD's.
As far as spacecraft go (if it ever comes to that), you have the option of the Viper mark II's, and the New Viper Mark VII's, as well as the Raptor as the troop transport. On the Cylon side, you could have the old style Raiders (the saucer shaped ships), the new Raiders, and the Heavy Raider.
Just a few ideas for you to mull over. If I had any clue as to how to model in XSI (and I was any sort of artist), I would love to design these, but alas, I'm far too impatient (and untalented) to try. Thus I leave modelling for those far more capable and talented than I.
Good luck with this map.. it looks amazing.. Here are some pics that might help

I recommend Alpha testing yourself, Penguin, but I highly un-recommend beta testing just by yourself, because one person can't find all the bugs. Your mind only works in a certain way, and the more people you've got testing the more vigorous the search is. Verena Defense didn't have any bugs, I think, but then again I can't really play it due to a sucky computer. (lagfest

Anyways, I still hold to my point.
