Why do we have to wait until after the world starts to shut down for the map to be released? What exactly is the reasoning here?

Even though this isnt my map, nor my thread, im suprised by your bluntness.

Perhaps he doesnt want to release it yet. Maybe hes working out final glitches. Maybe hes still archiving/uploading it...Maybe he doesnt feel like releasing it?

No one other than the mapmaker is in any position to dictate the release of said maps.

Sorry if I sounded harsh, but really its not up to you, and you have no right to ask those questions.
