I have a model in .max,
1. Is there an easy way to convert it to .msh and add hp_fire etc.
2. Also if someone is willing to add hp_fire and the other hp thing and convert to msh, for use as a gun. I'd do all the odf editing etc.
Edit: Also, can i add hp_fire and hp_active(whatever its called) using that mshex by sharpshooter thing.
Thanx

Re: Question/request
From experience, unless you actually have 3dmax on your computer not too many converters will handle it. XSI itself even has a max importer but once again if it doesn't find 3dmax on the computer then it won't touch it.

Re: Question/request
I found another rifle made in google sketchup 5 and one made in 6, would that import into xsi? How do i do that, and if all i want to do is add hp fire etc, do i use the softimage autodesk(will that work).
Edit: OOH, i looked at the sketchup tut and it said u get a collida in there, so should i just get the collida version instead, cause autodesk can open it. Good.
