how can i give a clone trooper the animation from the ackly and it must work :D

Acklay animations...well, this is the way to give it wampa animations, let's see if it works for a human. Go to Assets/animations and copy the acklay folder to your map's SoldierAnimationBank. Then, swap the acklay basepose in there for, say, Maul's. Then edit the munge.bat in there to make it go to your custom side, and set the new animations as the unit's animations in the ODF.

You can't. They don't have the same bone structure in the skeleton.

Oh, so I guess it doesn't work. You could always use a wampa, I find that anim looks just as cool.

:yes: it just CTD's as do most anims that dont "match" their unit

Err...only slightly off-topic, is it possible to give Grevious a rifle? I get all these problems with anims, and trying to put together an anim set isn't working atm....

yes, assuming you change the bone root.
for example, in the grevious odf

SkeletonName            = "grevious root"
to

SkeletonName            = "bdroid"
(at least this is what i remember it being, i havent actually changed it in a while :faint: )
