Mod Tools Issues

Hi, I'm pretty new to GT, but not so much modding. I've had Mod Tools for about three months now, and this is the first time it is acting up. First off, after you munge a map, should it have an addme script in it? and second, (this just started happening today) Mod Tools wont run. And I can't figure out why. Comments needed. Thank You!

Does it give you some type of error message?

No nothing. I can click on it 1000 times, and nothing will happen.

Um when i click on the Mod Tools. I want to open it, and nothing happens when i click it. I've never had this problem before.

What are the Mod Tools? VisualMunge, zeroeditor or the BF2_Modtools folder itself?
