Yeah put a little more definition into his arms, they almost look cylindrical. He needs some biceps, forearms etc. But it looks good otherwise

Looks very nice.
About the arms, I think making the wrists a bit smaller should do it.

Very nice Manderek.
As they said, define the wrist better, but I would also define the elbow area a bit better too and beef up the sholder muscles to make him more proportionate.

Re: Model Showcase Thread v3.0
I don't think it looks weird, and in fact the arms seem to look ok in game.
My only complain now is the brightness of the background, almost went blind. x.x =P
Also, about the face, isn't that the face of some sithlord in SW? ONe of the dark acolytes or something... seems awfully familiar. :<

Re: Model Showcase Thread v3.0
The ax handle textures look a bit off and the model a bit too round, I guess you could say, that's not the best word choice, but the model looks fantastic.

Re: Model Showcase Thread v3.0
I agree, just brilliant Manderek, plus player models are very hard to make!
Here is the final version of my U.S Fighter Aircraft, with the skin which looks much better than the skin on my Tank because this one is actually UVed and has two skins believe it or not.
Like my tank which is still being finalized, this will be released in .msh form with the neccesary odf files when ready.
*Also, if you want a wireframe I already posted one a couple pages back but if anyone wants to see a new one then I will post one.

This is a little pistol that I made on my spare time...today. The part under the nozzle is a laser pointer which I'm trying to figure out how to get to work ingame.

elfie-thats good but i definetley suggest a new UVing method lol. the UV's are not agreeing with each other on the wings

The wings? That was intentional actually, I thought it looked kind of cool. I was using a picture of a real aircraft and that's how some of them are.obiboba3po wrote:epm-wow very nice!![]()

Eh, I blame the boredom...
226 polygons, 256x256 texture. Got inspired by this game called "Please remove this may be spam Inc.", it's pretty cool.
