Another thing is On Cp0 a spawn point is in the wall so you fall through when you spawn

I've changed the Ewok skin a bit. I took a screenshot of one of the Ewoks from FOC, cut out the bomb there, and pasted it onto the ewok skin. Is this better or worse than what I had before? (You may need to see it ingame to be sure)

I also removed the jetpacks from most of the mandalorians. Thanks Teancum and The_Emperor!

Will it be much better if you put a Det-pack at the back of the ewok? It will be more like a suicide ewok.

That would be nice, but I'm pretty sure that can't be done without making some changes to the ewok model in Softimage XSI (which I don't have--and even if I did have it, I wouldn't have the time or patience to learn how to use it.) If somebody wants to model an Ewok strapped to a bomb, I would love to use it, but otherwise I'm just going to have to find a way to reskin the existing Ewok.

I'm not sure if what I have is better or worse than what I had before. I'll probably use this new version for the next beta so that I can have people give their opinions when they see it ingame.

The Dark-trooper and the explosion pics are cool! There are some moddelers that may make a suicide Ewok madel for you. I actually have XSI Mod Tools 4.2 (the free version). Some of the characters should actually have a snow skin. I think the Ewok actually looks better with the new bomb. Also, some of the mandolorians Jet Packs are slightly showing. Maybe the invisible texture is not working with the ice.

Where do I get the free-camera mode? Could someone PM me their edited .LVL? (If it's allowed)(and the fake console?)

The screen are very good but theres not enough units to make the load screen a battle scene for the map, as for the free cam mode, Cmdr Fusion send a link in the glamour shot topic in the 46th page.

@LastJedi: I don't see any jetpacks showing...so could please indicate precisely what screen you're talking about?
I only see reflections on the ice.

I don't think modelling an new ewok is worth the work. IMHO, it's enough if we can easily recognize a detpack on his back, so a square with the typical color would even be enough.

I guess you are right, it is a reflection. On authraw's post in the last pic there is a small shadow on the mandolorian's back. It is not much of a problem though.

Woah, the snow is kind of...well, blinding. Perhaps you could make it a little darker, just to go easy on the eyes?

I was toying with that. I might still do it, but part of what you could be seeing is the missing texture on the entrance. I've fixed that now, and it shouldn't look as bright anymore. ;)

I think it's a shadow for the jetpack on the skin itself--in which case I can't change it without permission. If I can't remove the shadows, do you guys think that it's a big deal? Should I put the jetpacks back on? You probably can't tell well enough from the pictures I have there. I'll get some better screenshots of it later (this weekend is going to be really busy for me, though.)

Thanks for the screenshots, EGG_GUTS. I like the Darktrooper, explosion, and the one with the stormtrooper in front. I think I'll use one or two of those, but if you could get a couple of close-ups of some of the Mandalorians or the Zann Consortium grenadiers, that would be great.

If you can't, though, that's not really a big deal, either--I've made a few minor changes to the way that the units look anyway and I might end up having to change the loading screens to make them more up-to-date. Such is the nature of a work-in-progress. :)

Nevermind the shadows, I usually have the shadow on "Low" or even "Off" when playing maps because it causes lagg.

@Authraw: Yeah, I can see that a texture is missing, but even still, the snow is so bright that you can barely see the texture through it...

Really? How high is your monitor's brightness?

In any case, I was playing with darkening that texture anyway. We'll see what I end up doing soon.

I'm not sure yet. I'll probably do one more private beta before I release a public one for everyone to test. That's not definite, though.

What is it with you and fallen/falling troops? You happen to be obsessed with them!

Anyhow, nice screens. That Weequay is especially nice.

The freecam pauses the game. So I basically went around seeing a bunch of frozen people "falling" and took a pic. Pictures of falling troops seem to show action for me. There was a really good explosion pic I took, but I misplaced it. I took the last three ones in the same hall in the same frame.
