So I had a thread about this in the WIP forum, but I decided against making odfs, so these belong here now.

A while back I was playing BF2 and realized that there were a number of weapons that were simply... left out. Thanks to rep's mshex, I just got started modeling, and now I've taken it upon myself to add in these "missing weapons".

As for weapon ideas you could make a knife and a grenade like the one for your avatar.

I've got another one, but it might be tricky. It was two lightsabers, kinda like Aayla's, but connected by a chain. Basically what asajj has in that youtube video for her and kit on Xbox.

I didn't think so as you said its your first modeling gig. I could do it in Maya in about 5 minutes, animations and all, its just it doesn't copy to XSI.

the weapons are nice and well textured, but i doubt, that the repuplic would use molotov cocktails and CIO2 rifles :?

Moltov cocktails go to the rebels and co2 pistols are used to tranq rebel officers by the empire. Yay reasoning!

Dang, that nade looks Shw-Veet with Spicy Feet! Are the ridges just textured on, or modeled. (If they're just textured on, I can't tell :thumbs:)

Nice job, I may hafta mess around with these.

The ridges are just textured, It's already a lot of polys for a nade.
