Did anyone notice the massive amount of people online today? The huge list of PC servers, each with a few people some with many. Dedicated servers that are usually empty having as many as SWGO.

Also does anyone know why? Did it go on sale on steam again?

And yes, SWBF2 is on-sale on Steam for $3 as well. Bought Republic Commando, L.A. Noire, Thomas Was Alone, Audiosurf, and Mars: War Logs finally.

If this is how many people we get when the game is on sale for $3 just think of how many we would get if it went free-to-play.

It wouldn't go F2P, there's no way to continue making money on it from premium content. It's a complete game at purchase.

I know it wouldn't (at least not very likely, MechWarrior 4 mercenaries had a free release) I was just thinking of how many people would be online if it did.

But how long would people be online if it was F2P? They might go on for a week or two, but who knows after that.
