Hi this is lorul1 with a very important question. The models that I'm loading in my game, won't work: my game just crashes (a.k.a. freezes on loading screen for over 2 minuets, so I exit out using task manager) . The models are mainly from tantive, the death star, kamino and polis masa. I've narrowed down the problem. the objects that don't work are objects like:
The death star over bridge
The death star blast corridor
Tantives excape pod rooms
Tantives tech room
And then kaminos control platform (I'll be referring to this one)
I dont think it's the odf, because I used the odf creator to remake on odf from the msh file. It's not the tga's because I took them out ( it showed up white in zero editor) and it still crashed. so I'm guessing it might be the msh. These objects all kinda have to do with light I think that might be why they crash. Maybe I'm missing something, but I tryed coping over all the files from the world the modles came from. Can someone make a list of things I was suposto copy (ex:odf,msh) or tell me how they got there's to work.I know it's posible I've saw it before. :jango:

This is going to sound very sad, but I don't know how to find my error log. If the error log is the thing that appears At the end of the munge, than there is none. So anyone with any ideas? I did figure out a lot of the models (if not a lot,all of them) have to do with flashing lights. So if you guys would please build a new world or something, and add in the death star assets, then put the death star over bridge in your map you will see what I'm talking about .

I haven't posted my error log yet, but I have found usefull info. All the models that I want in my map, use sound when you get close to them. Like the death star overbridge (the place you spawn at in story mode for the deathstar). When you get close to computer table there it beeps. I added to my lua a spaces sound region (or what ever it's called) and put or at 50, still dosent work. Please anyone who has got te death star overbridge, or kamino concle platform to work please explain to me how you did it. Also did you check of the sound button when you munge, I think that might be part of it. :cantina:

I don't think it's the object count, because I took out the object and replaced it with a geonosis spire thing and the map ran with out it. Since im editing the geonosis shipped map could someone load it up in zero editor, put in the kamino console platform odf, then munge and test. After that you'll see what I'm running into. :atatpilot:
