Adding downloadable props to a map [Solved]
Ok, I was looking in the downloads area and found a few objects/props that I want to add to my map
Where do I put the objects/props once I've downloaded the file? And are they odfs? If so, do I just go into my ZE and click on odf browse and find it in the place I put it?
And once I find it I just place it like any other object?

The files included in the download should be: an Object Defenition File or odf. This basically tells the game what your object is. The next is a MSH file this is the actual model of the object. the last is the texture and I think that's it. All of these go in the world1 folder in your map's worlds/***/world1 folder.

1. Go to data_ModID/worlds/ModID and create (if they don't exist) folders named MSH, ODF, Munged and Effects.
2. In the zip you downloaded there should have been some .TGA, .ODF and .MSH files. There might also be some .OPTION files.
3. Put the .MSH, .TGA and .OPTION files in the MSH folder you just created
4. Put the ODF files in the ODF folder
5. Load them into Zero and munge.
That should be it. Good luck on your map Elmo,

Yeah, you place them in ZE just like any other object after you have the files in the msh and odf folders.Thx saitek. So all I do is just place them in my map ( after I did what you told me to do) like any other object? I click odf browse? And select it? Or not?
You go to the browse once in ZE and under object, and then you look in the odf folder that you've made previously for the prop that you need. Click on the odf, go to place [not select, in ZE] and then place it where you want, munge and enjoy!Ok, but where would I find the prop? Is it 1 file? I don't think it is

Missing lowrez?
It appears to be missing most of it's lowrez geometry, I tried an option file with -lodbias 1000.0 in it but no dice, only the wheels and various parts were visible at great distance.
