Yep, looks like something's missing alright. Possible a DLL library or something.

Make sure that you released a release build and not not a debug build.

OMG! I hate that error! For some reason it would not build so I had to publish that's how I built it Works on my comp!

Well, until the error is fixed I'm locking this topic so we don't get 1000 people posting that it doesn't work. PM a moderator or admin when you get the release working.
