What files do I need?

Post by LastJedi »

I want to use the rebel ship that was never in the retail version of the game. The file name is: all_cap_moncalamari.msh. When I place it in ZE it doesn't have a texture. What are the names of the textures in the model? This has been answered before but I don't recall where. Also, do I have to make my own .odf?

Open up the msh, do ctrl+f and search for .tga
This should let you find the textures needed.

? That doesn't help at all. The .msh is unreadable so I can't search within the .msh. Besides the texture wouldn't just be sitting there in the .msh.

The .tga name is inside the .msh but the actual .tga file isn't. Ope it up with a Hex Editor. Try PSPad.

It actually worked when I tried it. I know the .tga file isn't in the .msh.

it has no textures its just a model with no ttextures youd either

A: use pre made textures for other ships
B: make your own textures in a graphics program

C: load it in xsi and texture it in thare

when you are in the msh folder you see all the .tga's and other files, but there is another map called PC there are tga files too. you should look at those and maybe you find it.
