need help .msh files

ok i'm new to modding and wanted to open a .msh file and i thought "maybe i should use notepad" so i did. It ended up being a bunch of weird symbols and now every .msh folder on my pc opens using notepad. ( and the littlesymbol next to the file name is a notepad one). Does anyone know how to get it back to normal? Would this effect putting objects in maps? If anyone knows i appreciate it.

nope thares on way to get it back to noramal and no it will not chage anyhting in yur mod/map

The only advantage to set a .msh file to open w/ notepad is that you can check what textures a mesh uses and change them.

Download a hex editor, preferably a free one, and use that to open the .msh. Then you will be able to open them, still see what texture is needed, and the .msh will have a different icon so it is harder to confuse them between odf's or such.

I don't know how to put it back to normal but if you have a hexeditor and you want MSH files to open in that editor when you click on em, you can adjust that by rightclicking a random .msh file, and do open with, select a program from the list(your hex editor) and check the checkbox "always use this program to open this type of file".

I use the dutch version of Windows so the text might not be exactly as I wrote it.

hey hey hey you dont have to give me a warrining for just sauying i needed a fresh copy of a program
and i said a free d/label verson of 7 or higher and how is that considerd a warze i dont have a clue to wat it is so can some one pm abouyt wat it is cuz both of my warrings are about it and how could you puhisn me for doing someinthing i dint even know i was doing rwong

basicly

some one put the whole warze thingy in the rules so wew know wat it is cuz i have no clue
and can some one take away the second warring cuz asking for a free d/l able "TRIAL" of corel draw 7 or higher i dont think is "WARZE"
