I use mostly stock textures.

I doubt it he will get them ingame let alone make a map. Eaol you really need to learn another modeling application.

This may sound soooooooo noobish, but how do you import 3d/2d images to bf2? I want to start texturing. :mrgreen:

That may be, but It is a long and tedious process to convert .skp files to XSI.

why? you install the exporter, export the obj and then import it into xsi, there are other more complicated ways too but they arent that tedious and long.

and with your statement, do you want to say he didnt find an exporter because the converting is such a tedious process rather than because he didnt search well?

That tutorial is obsolete, use THIS one instead, much quicker and less work.

Except you left out the essential part of flipping all the blue faces in Sketchup, if you don't you're gonna have one ugly model.
