PrintScreen on a Laptop [Solved]

Post by Hebes24 »

This is a simple question that can hopefully be answered quickly. My laptop doesn't have a PrintScreen key, so...How would I take a screeshot of my desktop in Windows?

If I'm right, there should be a fn button on your keyboard somewhere. Then you should have acces to your print screen button.

I am familiar with fn keys, but there's no obvious fn key combination to give me print screen.

Umm as far as I know, on a Mac, you use a program called Grab. If you're in Windows, ummm who knows? Get a screenshot program?

For Mac, if you want a hotkey,

command+shift+3 Full screenshot
command+shift+4 Crosshair to allow selection of screenshot area
command+shift+4, then spacebar Camera to capture specific screen object

I found via experimentation the key combo. It was fn+shift+F11. Thanks Though.
