Hi, guys.

I have a problem on two of my maps. When I spawn at certain cps, I fall through the ground. I can see AI falling, too. I've checked that the little node thingies are above ground.
It's making me MAD!

Try moving the entire spawn path upwards (use shift and drag up when the whole path is selected) to be positive you aren't just spawning under ground. Also, welcome to GT

What computergeek said. If you're falling eternally, check the spawn points are above the ground, as if they're below the terrain, you will, obviously, fall to your neverending doom. Just shift+left click for a specific point, or shift+middle click to raise the whole group of spawn points.

Hmm... didn't work. At one cp, it looks like I'm spawning way up high and dying after a couple of seconds. At another, it looks like I'm spawning underground and falling eternally. The spawn paths are above ground on both of these. Oh, also I noticed that the maps that do this are maps where I resized the terrain.

Have you moved your spawn paths on the proper layer? It could be that you moved CTF, 1-Flag CTF or Hero Assault spawn paths.
