How do i change the loading screen?

Ok, so every help tutorial says to change the loading sceen, after looking though most maps I saw some cools ones, but NOTHING says how to change it.

Anything to help would be VERY appertiated

You certainly must not have read every help tutorial, since at least two or three of them cover making loading screens:
