Looks like the game crashed. Do you have Microsoft Visual Studio or a debugger installed?

Reinstall the game or deactivate firewall I think, happened to me the first time I played the game after I had remattered my comp(had backup of programfiles). You can also search for
"Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
Runtime Error! "
on Google or something like that.

I don't believe reinstallation is by any means nessessary. Obviously I've got an error in my code.

Make sure to do a full clean (delete the map from the addon folder too) then remunge.
How are you running your custom map? Through the retail game, the server manager, the mod tool's tester?
Its only one map causing the problem right. Everything else works fine?
Check to make sure you changed the .req files if you needed to.
