Gears Of War
I might get this game sometiem this week or the next, but, I want to know if this game is worth buying, or just to look at a glance.

its absolute woth buying and playing more than one time. but its a scary Game and you are not allowed to play it.Its 18 +

If you're planning on getting this for PC, don't. I have it, and it's not as great as the xbox version despite all the new content.

Why its not great for you?
The Game is nearly 2 years old and uses U3 Engine.The Gameplay is simple and its fun to kill the Locust.
The Graphics is set much to grey and could be a bit better.If someone dont have a x-box,its a good alternative to get the pimped PC version.
I prefered it and played it 2 times in complete.
Specially the Bonus Chapter (5 Levels) is very cool (set between chapter 4 and 5 from x-box Version) and the particular Bosses of each Chapter are awesome.Like Brumak,Berserker or General RAAM + you get a GameEditor and a MP Bonus GameMode.
There are some Mod Maps out now,that are very nice.

Plus if you get it for the PC (since it works with both XP and Vista) online is now free. No Gold account needed.

Really.if so i went to reinstall it.I never played online because Windows Live wasnt at that time for freeMoving_Target wrote: online is now free. No Gold account needed.
btw:
At my prefered Online Gameshop Gamesonly.at : GoW is still on Place 2 of Top Selling PC uncut Charts.

Your 100 % right;Moving_Target.
Today i reinstalled GoW and made a Free Games for Windows Silver Account.I think about to activate sometimes my Free 1 Month Gold Account.But like you said,theres no need anymore.
Many Thanks for that Info,now i can save my success ingame.I wasnt able to do that before without an working Account.I only could start my current mission and i cant switch back to a prevous Level.
