i just found out i had 2 options for monitors and people keep saying to change res and color and stuff

will this help me by changing it to the secong one?

The second one is a secondary display. Meaning you can only use that feature if another screen or a tv set is connected.
Seeing on the screenshot you actually got a good enough resolution. But if you really want to change it you will need either a new screen or a new graphig card or both.

An Intel mobile GPU?! There's your ZE problem....Probably...And, sorry, you most likely can't upgrade your GPU. I seriously recommend using a desktop for gaming, mainly because you can upgrade it if it's not powerful enough.

And, no, changing monitors probably won't solve the problem...What exacly is it?
Resolution and color also don't matter, as you appear to have a good resolution and the best color settings.
