Hopefully someone knows the answer to this one. I looked through Secret Society, the docs and here trying to find it, but nothing.

I just need a definition of ValueBleed and the different Values on things like Command Posts. I know this plays a lot on planning and weights, but I don't know how much it plays on them or even what each is used for.
