Terrain Cutters

Post by Fiodis »

Here we go again. I've got a terrain cutter. I name it correctly, place it correctly, export it correctly, and in-game it's invisible but still has collision. So how do I get it to have no collision? I could make a msh.option for it, but that would make the entire tunnel model have no collision, and I don't want that. Any way to do it? Or do I have to make it as a separate object?

because meshex cant create collision you will have to make a seperate object with the collision you want and give the terraincutter no collision

What do you mean? If you set up your terrain cutter properly - even with MshEx - you can create a model that cuts terrain and still has collision on the rest of the model. Make sure you've done everything correctly again, and if you still have problems, post a picture of your scene explorer.
