I've made a modding-help witch allowes you to place Spaceships easier.
It's good for peopler who want to make big space maps

Newer Version. All capitalships are supported now.
Bugs:
-You can't land in the hangar

I'm now working on a spaceship from rebels wich have 2 hangars

to make the hangars landable you need a control region.

for the 2 hangar rebel ship try using the tantive hallways to connect thesecond hangar to the control room. the fit preatty good. you may want to reskin it though.

I've used the tantive IV hallways but you now fall through the floor!
I've repaired the problems with landing, too. But I had no time to release it.
