ZeroEditor boundary tool? [Solved]

a while back i saw a zeroeditor tool(addon)(made by someone,no official) that let you place boundarys like paths. does any one know where it is?

I've never heard of any user-made ZE addons.

im prety sure it was in the download section of gametoast(yes, i know that dosnt exesit anymore)
