You never got the Imp officer skin to work? I can explain how to get it working, and I could show you what I did, if need be. First thing's first, what seems to be the problem?

yes, i never did get it to work, i disappeared for a while and my pms have mysteriously disappeared lol. it would be nice if you could tell me how to get it to work

Oh, that. You need to use two tgas. I'd recommend you hex the model to call for names you can remember. One of the tgas it calls for is test_inf_officer.tga...the other I can't recall. Let me know if you need more help.
