Very nice theme! Did you make it?
Nope, not Chicago. Oh yeah I don't actually live at the picture's location. I was on vacation when I took it.

The skin is called Corona. But you won't find this skin in the WindowBlinds download section. This skin was made to be used with a program called UXTheme Multi-Patcher installed. This program does the same thing that Style XP does except Style XP is only a 30-day trial and after that you have to pay for it. But UXTheme Multi-Patcher is free.
The scoop is that Windows XP comes with a very good visual style engine, but that engine only works if the visual style is digitally signed by Microsoft. Since Microsoft was cruel enough to only make three visual styles for XP your choices, if you want the XP "look" are rather limited. But this magical (and free I might add) little program patches up Windows so that the file no longer has to be digitally signed. Microsoft could have blown this out of the water a looong time ago, and the patch itself has been out for about 3 years so I wouldn't worry about it. Besides the ability to use thousands of visual styles gives people some motivation to upgrade to XP.

Here are a few sites where you can download thousands of Skins/Visual Styles:
If the Administrators see any problems with legality in this post go ahead and delete the entire thing (like you need my permission to do that, but you know
). I hope I'm not breaking any rules by posting this it's just that UXTheme Multi-Patcher is a nice alternative to forking out money for Style XP (which is legal) or WindowBlinds (which is also legal).
Anyways, great desktops guys, I love 'em.
