Is it possible to have props fall and crush units that hit a certain point?
Like say your in a hall with no roof. You place a path node in the middle of the hall, and do some other junk so the plan works right. Now units walk by the node but not on it and nothing happens. Then, one unlucky unit walks on the node and BADDABAM! The second after he triggers that node, a big smokestack outside the hall falls over on him and kills him along with any other people that were lined up with him. Is that possible?

Re: My DMI lot deaths
Maybe like a door, you put a death region directly underground, make a door like that with FragMe!'s tut, put the trigger directly under it, and then they will be pushed underground, into the death region. Just have someone with the Full Exporter export it for you, MeshEx doesn't do animations.

There's a lot that can fit under the banner of "doing some other junk," so don't be rude to someone trying to help you. Strictly speaking, no, you can't do exactly what you described, because to get your desired effect using a node is the wrong way to go about it.redgroupclan wrote:...and do some other junk so the plan works right.
If you'll deign to listen to something that's not exactly what you described, however, you can do it with an OnEnterRegion trigger that has a random component (math.random()), that triggers an animation (for the visual effect) and an explosion (for the actual damage).

I meant make the smokestack (or whatever) into a door. not make a door in the grround. But Mav's right, that was kinda rude. You walk in, trigger the trigger, and the smokestack falls on top of you. I have plenty of experience being pushed underground by objects. I would land under a dead AT-AT in a snowspeeder and get pushed under by its head. I really works.redgroupclan wrote:Im saying is it possible to do the example I gave. Not do some worthless door.
