It doesn't work!
Hello fellow forumers, I didn't know where to post this so I did it here. I have a problem and it is that I downloaded and installed international 1.1 patch for SWBFII a long time ago and it worked fine. But recently I had to uninstall the game and now that I reinstalled it, I reinstalled the patch too but this time it doesn't work. My game still says "version 1.0" and mod maps' names are still three lettered. I hope you can help me.

I don't know about the problem here, but you're better off just getting it from Steam since the game comes prepatched and you won't have to keep up with game discs either.

Thanks Ace but I don't want to buy a game I already have.

We all do things in life we don't want to do. In this case, you'd be paying for convenience which is worth it, in my opinion. I'm sure at some point everyone here has or will spend $10 on something they don't need, so why not spend it on something you're into now.
You're using Windows 8, correct? Have you tried running the installer with administrative privileges? The patch swaps out the battlefrontII.exe with a new one and your system security may be preventing certain actions.
