Whenever you move files from one drive, to another, with Windows, you'll always get that message. It's not really a "parental shield", it just requires an administrator to move files on drives. Honestly, if you find a way to remove it, let me know.

I only have one 'C' and it happens even if I move a picture from documents into program files
I would keep it. It helps protect you computer from a virus moving files. Since you are the admin, it wont bother you as much than as a standard user. If you are always getting it, then you are trying to move files in Windows or Program Files folder. If not, get rid of vista (not saying that you have it, its just i had vista and it did this).

Ohk ill just leave it then, but it does get Diet Dr. Pepper annoying. ( i have windows 7 home premium)
