just a quick word i thought i'd add in here becuase you seem to really be going for accuracy, and that is that the TIE Defender was not yet available at the battle of endor, i've read all the rogue squandron books and in one of the later ones TIE defenders have a big part, and it states that there weren't any at the battle of endor, but your mod man, do what you want, but like i said, you look like you want accuracy.

Re: TIE Defender
There was an entire squadron of TIE Defenders that participated in the Battle of Endor.Kane13 wrote:just a quick word i thought i'd add in here becuase you seem to really be going for accuracy, and that is that the TIE Defender was not yet available at the battle of endor, i've read all the rogue squandron books and in one of the later ones TIE defenders have a big part, and it states that there weren't any at the battle of endor, but your mod man, do what you want, but like i said, you look like you want accuracy.

I think it would replace a skybox cruiser.PvtParts wrote:Out of curiousity, and the fact that this could be useful to me (pardon my laziness in my lack of seaching forums thouroughly), how would that specific image be placed into a skybox? (you can be brief, but not vague. Im not a noob, but i still need to know what and how)

I had a great idea today!
The Y-wing fighters would no longer be bombers (since they really weren't supposed). The key components (such as Life support, Communications, etc) would be a lot weaker (Like the Battle Over Coruscant Campaign) so that three or four proton torpedos would destoy them so there is no longer any need for slow ships to be bombarding the same target over and over and you can add the same vigor and excitment to the space maps that you see in the movies. The same fighters can assault capitals AND fighters. THe Y-wing could be moved to a diffrent job (like that of the X-wing).
PS: I like the second pic better
