Lego Star Wars Stopmotion Movies
Got bored modding? Realized videotaping is your real talent?
I don't care if either of these things happened unless in your free time you made A LEGO STAR WARS STOP MOTION MOVIE. I have recently become addicted to watching these on youtube.
Rules
1. You follow the site rules and the Media Forums rules
2. You have to have made it yourself, no just posting links to Youtube movies that you did not help make.
3. Talking is strongly discouraged(no, I do not care what awful imitations your voice can make)

No, I think contests are against the rules.

Re: Lego Star Wars Stopmotion Movies
I have dabbled in stop motion movies before(nothing great, I can assure you), and I really want to make one of these. All my old legos are at my Grandmas house, though.

Re: Lego Star Wars Stopmotion Movies
Actually, me and my brother made one a few years back, but our camera was junk and Windows Movie Maker... couldn't handle it to say the least. (i.e. it would have been pretty dang smooth, but WMM decided it couldn't handle that many FPS...
) So It's not on YouTube or anything.
Anyway, it was Jabba the Hutt chasing a guy on a tractor off to one side of the camera. The a wheel flew back on to the screen, followed by the guy on tractor. He got out a wrench, put it back on, and started driving back off when Jabba shows back up at the edge of the screen. He chases him off the other side, and the the guy comes sliding back onto the screen. The end.
At least that's how I remember it, again, it has been a few years. It was pretty detailed for a 15-20 second vid.

Re: Lego Star Wars Stopmotion Movies
I used to have a habit of making these like 2-3 years ago. Haven't made one in at least that long, and the ones I did make were mediocre.

Re: Lego Star Wars Stopmotion Movies
I have made 4 of these things from Star Wars Lego - but they have my voice in them, and the best one is about Jar Jar Binks.
Hmmm...
I'll cut it down the the battle scene and post here (without my voice). Give me a couple of minutes.....
EDIT: Done! Here is the video (has a couple of lines - very little talking, though). Took me about 1-2 hours to film this, then a long time to edit.
