Modding hoth
I'm modding the shiped hHth map. I'm trying to get rid of the green force fields that keep you from walking through the control center, and from going to into the back part of the base in conquest. I know they aren't part of the tunnle objects, but I can't find any objects that the fields are connected to. Any thoughts?
I could delet them, [If that's possable] but would there be a way to connect them to a control panle to alot the player to open/close/turn off/on like the bridge on Mustafar?
*Edit, also I read somethign about a Disguise kit on the XBox mod. Is that like the Spy in Team Fortress 2?

I only played TF2 once and disliked it enough not to come back (orange box) but the Disguise Kit is included with the Original Battlefront mod tools (it functions as a weapon), what it does is turn your player model and skin (no weapons or anything else are effected) into the first unit on the opposite team.
As for the first question: I believe this is done through the LUA, the answer should be found here: http://www.gametoast.com/forums/viewtop ... objectkill

Re: Modding hoth
well, in BF2 ps2 we can only mod our server data (thankfully now i acutally have the pc version, SOOOOO much better) but if you want them off for online you could always go into the hoth data and edit the hoth.lvl in there. im not sure what the forcefeilds are called but im sure you can take them off. in bf2 you cant remove any objects that dont have health to them but you can make them able to walk through (many people know how), if you really want to find out always remember PRACTICE, and
. also you could go to a bf2 ps2 gaming community like http://www.bfc.forumwise.com or some other site. and if youve already figured out how, then just burn this post with a stress releiving downloadable game.

Re: Modding hoth
i know, im just saying that the modding of servers could and is exactly the same. if you can do it on the ps2, you can do it and more on the pc, (i have pc version btw), but what im saying is that if you ask around on some bf2 ps2 sites with modders, youll get what you need.

RogueKnight wanted to say that your post was off-topic and unnecessary
