uh anakin, those glowing parts on his hilt arent actually part of the hilt texture or model. they are the lightsabers that are projected from his hilt.

Naru, the sabers look FANTASTIC!
I see what Anakin is saying however. You could just "Erase" the blue glow in the beginning of the tga, and that way, It would have a white glow in the sabers, and the blue would start after the fire point. But it's your choice. 8)
Again, great job. :D

 that's what i ,mean but i'm not sure if this works. so the tga shows only one end of the saber. it could be if you change this, that the saber has no blue glowing part at the other side too and this would be bad.

I'd agree with anakin here that it would be a lot nicer to not have part of the lightsaber inside the hilt. Also I think you could make it so he is holding more of the middle of the hilts, as it is it looks like he's holding a little too close to the end

edit: Instead of erasing the end of the texture, you could add black in its place so it's invisible, it would look a lot more tidy and professional then a still out of place white blob in the middle of your beautiful hilt model

the sabers look really good! about the blueglow discussion: simply make the blade begin where it should, put a thin white cylinder in the middle of the hilt and make it glow.

One of the simplest functions of Meshtool is adding glow to a model. You can simply use a cylinder textured with one white material and enable the glow flag on that. You don't need to have a full version of XSI Foundation.

I forgot to say: your sabers are awesome too!
I'm now making crystal props. A release is programmed for the months to come, once they are converted.
