I like maps with much tanks and flyers :D
But you should really spent some time to work on the world/terrain

Looks great! The only thing I'd add is a building that you can go into, but not a cantina. Say like a home, like the desert home in episode 2. But with stuff in it and all that. Other than that, the map looks great!

Vary up the hieght and texture. You don't neccessarily need homes, but rocks and things like that would look good.

Flat flat flat flat flat.

That needs to be fixed. I realize that it may be accurate to parts of Tatooine you've seen, but nothing about flat and open makes for good gameplay.

Suggestion for ya... Make it less flat!!! Add some dunes or somethin!

And try adding some stuff in the distance... it works wonders...

I think some scattered ground just got bombed effect would work wonders as cover, and this looks great so far! Make some shelled ground effects. And possibly a small hill, that has buildings at the top, like a smal over the top into a fort hill.

Well, looks cool, but you should really do something for this terrain. Maybe a canyonwall.

Yeah dude, you gotta do something about the Battlefield itself. Its just way to plain and blah.

It looks like you didn't modify sides either. That's not so important though. But if you leave it like that, all it really is is a giant collection of vehicles from the conversion pack.

Actually, now that I think about it, I'm starting to like the flat terrain.......
All you'd need to do is add more vehicles and put in some remote turrets so you could watch the huge battle.....

This may seem hard but....try and make it compatible with bfx or use bfx tatooine sides and weapons if you want this to stand out of de crowd of tatooine maps :maulsaber:

Or he could just make his own customized sides

Customized sides don't interfere with BFX, nor are they modified by it.

buffying up sides and vehicles don't make up for bleh scenery. I mean there is such a thing like "flat terrain" in places like death valley or whatever, but those environments don't make interesting battlefields. Tatooine: Dune Sea was a desert map, but it had canyon pillars, couple small hills, buildings, the sarlaac pit, etc, so it was an interesting enough battlefield to play on. But just making a plain flat deserty thing is not much more than just retexturing the default world you start with, and putting vehicle spawns in it.

Im just saying that me and alot of others probably prefer bfx power of weapons and sides than the real game. which in my view is like throwing pebbles out of guns, or big rocks out of launchers
