How do you make a .msh file ( you know, props, buildings, weapons, etc, etc) in 3D Studio Max?
I want to try said program, but am not quite sure how it works. I have successfully built working models with xsi 6, but would like to try 3D Studio max. Do you have to get any sort of plugin, or something, to export .msh files?
I would like to work up to making new units, but want to get some props, weapons, and maybe a few buildings first, built first, before going on to make units.
You can make units in 3D Studio Max right? Just want to make sure.
Any help would be great!
It would be excellent if you guys posted a link to tutorials on said program for Battlefront 2!
Oh, and my apologies if there is a post similar to this, and I missed it.
Thanks!

The 3d Modeling FAQ Thread should tell you, particularly THIS topic in it. If those aren't sufficient than I don't know.
